<div>A workout plan is only one part of looking after yourself. There is also what you eat, how you rest, how you feel and the routines that fit around your life. Foleil is being built to connect those pieces, with a little companion called Sprout beside you.

<div>The name combines leaf and sun: “foli” for leaf, and the ending of “soleil”, the French word for sun. Together, they represent the conditions that help a sprout grow. That idea shapes the app: small steps, care and room to keep growing.

<div><strong>What I'm building</strong>
</div>
<div>Foleil combines practical tools with warm illustrations and a calm, approachable design. The app is being developed around:

<div>- Training plans, exercise instructions and a place to record workouts and progress.
</div>
<div>- Recipes, meal planning, food logging and shopping lists that account for what is already in the pantry.
</div>
<div>- Recovery routines and soundscapes for moments of rest.
</div>
<div>- Mood check-ins, guided reflections and personal goals.
</div>
<div>- AI-assisted planning and editable food-photo estimates, with clear limits and manual options.
</div>
<div>Sprout gives the app its personality. The aim is to make looking after yourself feel more inviting, while keeping the useful tools easy to find.

<div><strong>Where Foleil is now</strong>
</div>
<div>Development is already underway, with working features in the development build. Foleil is not yet available on the App Store. More implementation, testing and review remain, including checking how features work on real devices. Some AI features also depend on device support and model availability.

<div>The proposed focus is the remaining development and testing, refining the artwork and app experience, and reviewing the content and privacy of the app before release. The funding target and allocation are still being worked through, so this draft does not attach a launch date or a guaranteed outcome to donations.
