Je suis chercheur CNRS , diplômé ingénieur ESPCI , et je travaille actuellement en neuroscience à Sorbonne Université à Paris.
Dans le contexte de la pandémie de SARS-Cov2, je travaille activement sur la fabrication de visières de protections pliables qui pourraient être produites rapidement et en grande quantité. Vous trouverez tous les détails du projet sur mon blog , et en particulier les plans et les conseils de production qui vous permettront de les produire localement.
J'aimerai maintenant passer à la vitesse supérieure et mettre au point une chaîne de production complète qui pourrait produire plusieurs milliers de visières par jour.
Pour cela j'ai besoin de 2 000 m² de film plastique en rouleau qui permettront de produire environ 15 000 visières.
Ces visières seront distribuées gratuitement au personnel médical de la région Ile-de-France.

I'm a French researcher at the CNRS , former student of the ESPCI engineering school, currently working in neuroscience at Sorbonne Université in Paris, France.
In the context of the pandemic of SARS-Cov2, I've been actively working on the design of a foldable head shield that could be produced in large quantities. I provide all the details about this project on my blog, including the blueprints and production instructions for makers:

I'd like to go one step further, and set up and document a complete production line that could produce several thousands of units per day.
To this end I need to buy 2,000 m² of plastic sheet in rolls to produce approximatively 15,000 head shields.
These head shields will be distributed for free to the French medical staff of the Ile-de-France region.
