Nico and Lilah's custody

Hi, my name is Michael and I am currently involved in the fight of my life. I have been fighting for custody of my two children Nico and Lilah. Its been a battle I've been fighting now for close to a year. They are the lights of my life, they are my everything. Let me share with you my story. Last January I came home from work to find my wife and two children were not home. I found out my wife had taken them and left. I called her and she explained to me that she took the kids and would not be returning home because thier safety was too important. I was in a state of shock, confusion and disbelief. I was not given a reason why she claimed they weren't safe with me and multiple PFA's (all dismissed and unfounded) were put on me to ensure that I could not see my kids. I went 8 weeks without seeing them, 8 weeks I spent unable to leave my bed crying uncontrollably. I had no answer to why she up and left with the kids. I filed for custody and when my court date arrived I found out she was claiming that I was abusing my son in the worse ways humanly possible. I was devastated. She claimed that I was abusing him for 9 months. I offered the judge, the police and cyf my full cooperation and did anything they asked me to do. Everything they conducted came back in my favor because all of her claims were false and its been proven time and time again.  I offered to take a lie detector test which her lawyers (who dismissed themselves from the case) argued agaist.  The  judge did grant me supervised visitations with my children pending psychological evaluations and my son see a specialist to see if he would disclose any type of abuse that he may have occurred along with multiple physical exams all concluding there was no reason to believe the claims she made had any credibility. Almost a year has gone by and my son has disclosed nothing, all the psychological evaluations i went through came back that i was a normal person with no psychological issuses and my soon to be ex wife has lost all of her credibility with the courts as her story constantly changes and her stories get more and more outrageous. I now get to have my kids 4 days a week, unsupervised with overnights and i couldn't be happier. But she is pushing for a custody trial, a very expensive trial this coming January knowing that I have exhausted all my funds and resources. Im currently hitting the 40 thousand dollar mark in legal fees and am no longer able to afford to continue this fight alone.
