Surgery for Nero

Please help me help my boy Nero. He has a slipped disc and pinched nerves in his neck. We tried medicine first but it hasn't helped. He is in constant pain even with the meds. The surgery cost is between $4000-$6000 and they won't let me make payments either. I would greatly appreciate any donations. Thank you
