Please help me keep my home

I am a mom of 4. My youngest son has a disability and has a mentality level of 4-5 month old. He was born with a chromosomal deletion and has developmental delays. Currently he is 15 months old. He cannot crawl walk or talk yet. I've had to take time time off from work and I am having a hard time coming up with rent. I need help so that my family and i can keep our apartment. Anything will help.
