After knowing each other for a few years, Chad Harrigan and Alexia Potts began dating in 2008. On August 9, 2009, they made their relationship permanent and exchanged I Do's. They decided early in the relationship that they would not actively try or try not to have children. They would leave it in God's hands to bless them with a child/children when He saw fit.
On December 12, 2012, Collin James (CJ) Harrigan came into this world; and the Harrigan family knew their lives would never be the same. They shared his milestones through #cjchronicles, where Alexia showed that she was rearing him to be a child after God's own heart. Chad kept us laughing with pictures of #senormustache, and it was quite obvious that CJ was loved.
On October 9, 2014, God allowed CJ to go to sleep and peacefully await His return. We look forward to the day when there will be no more crying, sickness, mourning, or pain--when Jesus returns and we'll be able to wrap our arms around CJ, never to part again.
