Lets all help our friend Philip

He might be the kindest guy you'll ever meet, Philip Gambone.  Always a good friend to all and always willing to help his friends that need help, and now he needs our help.  Philip has recently spent a week and a half in the hospital at Dartmouth Hitchcock with a serious neurological ailment that causes seizures, memory loss, and numbness on the left side of his body.  He has not been able to work and has mounting medical bills.  He's been discharged from the hospital but he has a long road ahead of him.  He'll be unable to drive, work, or live alone for the foreseeable future.  We, his friends and family need to step up and be there for him as he would be there for us.  Please give what you can and keep Philip in your thoughts.
