Im not gonna spell out every detail but simply share this young fathers post about his son: read it and tell me you do not want to do anything you can to help: please help my nephew and his loving parents!!

Today I found out some honestly Devastating news. I don’t wanna sugar coat it, Im scared out of my mind right now. As many know my child, Paxton Schmidt, was born having seizures. His seizures have not stopped since birth. We came down to Indy to meet with a neurologist to schedule a 24 hour EEG to get a better answer on what is causing these and what we can do to stop the seizures. Within minutes after meeting and talking with the neurologist she admitted Paxton into St. Vincents Children’s Hospital. They have tried multiple seizure medications and Paxton has showed no sign of them helping or stopping the seizures. Last night he went in for a new MRI and based on the results of that, it has been determined he has Ohtahara Syndrome. This is caused by really luck, they say its just a one in a million chance that he gets it and its something thats in the brain the moment he starts in the womb. Unfortunately this is the rarest type of seizure disorder and it is FATAL. I hate to say this, it kills me to say this but its only a matter of time until it takes his life. This is the answer and definitely not what we wanted to hear but I can’t sugar coat it and pretend like its not happening. From this point on, I will not be working anymore or really doing anything other then praying and spending every single last moment I can with my boy. Nothing else matters now. I believe the only chance he has at taking this absolutely horrible syndrome away is PRAYER to our Awesome Lord. I truly believe God can and will HEAL MY BABY. I don’t know why or how but I’m so confident God has him. I wanna ask that everyone who reads this, can stop and pray for my baby for a minute. Its the only CHANCE HE HAS LEFT. I want this to go VIRAL to get as many people in this world to pray for my baby and have God heal him. The more prayer the better and when theres no other option except prayer, I believe you do as much of it as you possibly can and you get as many together as you can. PLEASE I BEG EVERYONE WITH ALL MY HEART IF YOU READ THIS TO STOP AND PRAY AND SHARE THIS POST AND PASS IT ON TO SAVE MY BABY. This is unbelievably hard, I’ve lost a lot this year and have been brung down horribly, but all that stuff is literally nothing at all compared to this feeling right now, I’ve tried to write this message all day and I just cannot stop crying. Once again please all I’m asking is that you pray for him. The Lord and the power of prayer throughout the world and my self is his only hope. Please help me prove the Doctors wrong and amaze them and let this miracle happen. I need it more then anything . Share this with everyone you know to every page every everything! The power of prayer is STRONG, and we need as much as we can possibly get. Thank you to everyone in advanced for every prayer and taking the time to read this through.
