Fly Jake URGENTLY to Sydney

TIME IS RUNNING OUT FOR JAKE!!!!!!
It is the saddest and most terrifying time in anyone's life when they are suffering from being riddled with cancer.
This little boy is my sisters 2 year old baby boy Jake who was diagnosed with AML a very aggressive leukaemia 6 months ago and had many rounds of Chemo and endured hell. At the end of Chemo the Drs have found a tumour in his brain that is growing very rapidly and his Leukaemia is back. Jake is running out of... time fighting for his life and our family need to get him to Sydney urgently to seek medical help to try to save him. Jake is a fighter he was born Down syndrome, has had open heart surgery as a newborn and is now fighting aggressive cancer. Jake is 2 years old and we need everyone and anyone who can help donate money, anything anyone can spare to urgently fly Jake to Sydney to save his life. Time is of the essence there isn't much of it left. ❤️
