✈️ Update on Blinky & Dobby

We’re overjoyed to share that thanks to your incredible support, Dobby (kitten in collage photo) has made it to the UK! This little warrior with the big ears is now safe and starting his new life.

Now, we need one last big push for Blinky. After years struggling next to a petrol station and losing an eye with minimal sight in the other, she’s been through so much, and she deserves her happy ending too.

The final hurdle is raising funds for her flight from Dubai to the UK. Every contribution, no matter how small, gets her closer to safety and a forever home.

Backstories:

Meet Blinky, a gentle soul who spent years living next to a petrol station dodging traffic near a Dubai highway - partially blind and utterly vulnerable. Despite her failing eyes, (later, losing one) her resilience shone through. After being rescued and undergoing surgery, she’s now in foster care, ready to trade scorching sun for a loving home in the UK.

Then there’s Dobby - a tiny, big-eared boy. One night, he appeared in the same colony with a wound, trembling under a garbage bin and alone. Knowing the streets would claim him, we scooped him up. Now healed and thriving in foster care, this little warrior is bursting with love— and just needs a ticket to his fairytale ending in the UK.

Relocating cats from Dubai to the UK is costly, but we’ve come this far.

TOTAL GOAL: AED7500

Blinky (>4kg) costs AED4000 to fly, and Dobby (<4kg) costs AED3500.
