<div>This November I will be running the Florence Marathon with my beautiful friend Rosie in my heart. It is for this reason that I have chosen to run in aid of the Charlie Waller Foundation.

<div>The Charlie Waller Foundation aims to teach and support people, young and old, by helping them to gain awareness and confidence to talk openly about mental health.
</div>
<div>I have been training through the Dorset fields, the Edinburgh rain and the busy streets of London in preparation.
</div>
<div>Running a marathon is a personal challenge. I feel ready for it and actually, almost, dare i say it excited. But what really motivates me, when the going gets tough which it will, is that I will be raising money in honour of gorgeous Rosie, and anyone else who may be struggling, for a charity that I believe can and will make a difference.

All the proceeds will go straight to the foundation, which will help to create a world where conversations about mental health are encouraged and the right support is more readily available and to fundamentally make sure that nobody feels alone.
