Tom was a happy clever 24 year old that has been cruelly taken from his family. Tom was diagnosed with Bowel Cancer 2 years ago . During all his treatment, hospital visits he remained positive and upbeat and was pleasant to everyone that he met. He will be sadly missed. Thoughts are with Angela, James, Jack and Rebekah friends and family.
