Floor and pipe repairs

The house my parents live in has needed maintenance for years. I have done as much as I am capable of, and continue to help as much as I can. Essentially the house is not level anymore, and has caused structural damage in the house, resulting in legitimate damage to the floors on one side of the house and cracks in the ceiling as well.
I recently had pipes replaced, and a few friends of mine helped monetary wise with getting other things replaced and fixed.
In order for them to get the house lifted back on level, as well as the floor and the main drain pipe fixed, the repairman quoted up to $4500. I dont have the ability to help completely with this in a short period, although I will be donating a couple hundred every pay check that I have. It is however a huge safety issue (the floor has collapsed in some spots due to water damage from the main drain pipe). If you are able to help at all, please consider donating. I will update with photos of the damage.
