My name is Cecily Pereira and I am Sammie Ray's sister. I live in Seabrook, Texas and I have organized this GoFundMe for my sister's family. These funds will go towards helping my sister and her husband rebuild their house. I have transferred beneficiary rights to Sammie Ray and will not receive any of these funds myself. Hurricane Harvey and the tropical storms that came after brought 3 ft of water into their home. It's hard to know where to start, but in the next few days David and his family will begin the process of rebuilding their home and for this, help is desparately needed.
