flood relief for Schneider home

Recently my sister and brother in law suffered from a massive flood in their home. Their whole first floor was completely destroyed down to the studs. While insurance is involved they are already giving them issues about reimbursing them for all the damage that was done . A lot of the cost will end up coming out of their own pocket.
