Flood Relief for McKimmins Family

Ryan McKimmins and his family live in Houston, Texas, near Cypress Creek, one of the major flooded areas due to Hurricane Harvey. They were stranded in the upstairs of their apartment during the flooding. Ryan & Vicky have 2 children currently living with them and also brought along their pets (1 dog and 1 cat).  They currently don't know the full damage and items lost, due to the flood.  Thankfully, they were evacuated from their apartment Monday morning with the help from citizens on their personal rescue boat.



I am Ryan's brother and I'm setting up this fund to help them while they are going through this stressful time. Currently, they are safe and staying with family in Dallas while their apartment complex and car is flooded.

Right now all we can do is to prepare for what happens after the water receeds. Funds raised will be used to purchase basic living supplies, clothes (including school clothes for their kids), replacing home contents, and possibly help them purchase a new car. If we can raise enough money they could use it for a down payment on a new apartment and rent a U-Haul and moving supplies.
