Flood relief for Jerry/Stella Thorp

Hi - I'm in NC, and I'm trying to help my college friends, Jerry, and his incredible wife, Stella, Thorp. They have been hit hard by Harvey. This is the third time in three years their home has been flooded. Stella is wheelchair bound and Jerry just had surgery. Jerry spent three days in the attic before being rescued so he didn't have to abandon their cats. Stella rode out the storm in the hospital. While they wait for FEMA to kick in, they desperately need help to provide a safe living space. These are amazing people who have endured way too much in a city where that's saying a lot right now.
