Flood damage by the heavy rain

On July 12 heavy rain backed up sewer lines and storm drains and floded our house. We lost everything: the house, the cars, personal belongings. We are frightened with nowhere to go and nowhere to hide.
This is our home that we worked so hard to make beautiful and the extremely heavy rain flooded our area and the storm drain backed up everything into our yards and completely flooded our home. I have never asked for monetary help like this before and don't like doing it. I know others have similar issues with this storm but it's to much to handle by ourselves. Contacted village and they said nothing they can due to help even though I think it's partly their fault . Because the rain has stopped but the storm drains are still draining water into our yard.
