Flo, Arthur & Will run Half Marathon
The Mytums are running Half Marathons this May (Hackney Half for Flo, Leeds Half for Will and Arthur). We are hoping to raise money for St. Gemma's Hospice in Leeds, who took such good care of our Uncle Pete last year during his final few weeks.
Pete was a keen runner throughout his life, winning medals internationally on several occasions, including at the Transplant Games. We hope we can do him proud with our Half-Marathon efforts.
St.Gemma's Hospice in Leeds is the largest Hospice in Yorkshire. They provide the best possible care and quality of life for local people with cancer and other life threatening illnesses. It's a friendly, warm and safe place at the heart of the local community with a large range of services to support patients, their families and friends both in the Hospice and in the community. St.Gemma's is a local charity providing all our services for free therefore we rely on the support and generosity of the public.
