Hello all! We are Flight of Fire, an ambitious hard rock band hailing out of Boston, MA. Composed of four fierce females, together we have shared the dream of bringing our music to Europe since we started performing as a group. We are now incredibly proud to announce that the time has finally come where our first ever European tour is truly within reach! We have been working with a German booking agency who has helped set us up with gigs covering a two-week span in Germany as well as the Netherlands - with more dates to come - this coming June! We’ve never had label backing and are completely independent so we have been working as hard as we can to turn this dream into a reality so as more dates get booked, it becomes more real and we become even more excited about what we’ve accomplished thus far.
We had a plan to raise the funds for this tour by booking full-night paid gigs but as what often happens with a seemingly brilliant plan, it hasn’t all worked out as perfectly as we hoped. We had a couple of gig cancellations and many of the venues we booked were only available for dates that occur after the tour. With the gigs we have booked and performed thus far, we’ve managed to raise enough money to cover our housing and food costs as well as the cost of commuting around Europe once we’re there. June is coming up very quickly however, thus we are looking for help with funding a couple vital parts of the trip that need to be taken care of before we leave including airfare and re-ordering a shipment of our merchandise. Selling “merch” is the one guaranteed way for a band to make any money while on the road but it comes at the cost of an investment. We are so grateful for the success that we’ve had selling our latest album, “Path of the Phoenix,” to our wonderful fans here in America, but are now in need of a replenishment of our supplies so that we may share our music with the new fans we make in Europe as well!
So there you have it: 4 rocker chicks with a dream to tour overseas and the gigs are already booked so it’s Europe or BUST! We've got a few lovely gifts, musical services and of course endless gratitude to offer you if you choose to help us out with our last remaining time-sensitive costs! This includes a digital pre-release download of our latest single, "She's A Badass," that we recently recorded with the legendary Cherie Currie of the Runaways!
