Have you ever been to hospital or know someone who has been to hospital?
Do you know anyone who works as a medical practitioner?
If yes, then have you ever sat down with them and truly asked them how their day was?
Flat Line is a student film which follows the narrative of a surgeon who medically assists a life-threatening surgery. After several hours of hard work, a life is sadly lost. The surgeon must break the news to the patients family before carrying on their day, un-phased as expected by the world.
Flat Line aims to put light on the traumas medical practitioners must face in their daily lives - traumas which no one else will ever experience. Each week a nurse will commit suicide, and that is in the UK alone. This is why it is essential for their stories to be heard, and for each and every single medic to be recognised for the true heroes in which they are.
From location hires to catering, your donations and funding will allow us to create a story that shouldn't have to be told but needs to be told.
(Each donor's name will feature in the credits).
Thank you.
