Car Repairs for a Family of 8

We are raising money to fix the vehicle pictured here. It's a 1994 Suburban in need of somewhat major work on the brakes/axles, and is currently not driveable.

It is also the only form of transportation for a couple with 6 children. They need it repaired as soon as possible so that he can work and they can get to the grocery store, along with pretty much everything else you can imagine using a car for when you have a large family.

Here's a breakdown of the parts in need of replacement:

Front brake pads
Brake calipers
Rotors
Back drum brakes
Drum brake hardware
Axle end seats

With the labor, they are estimating $1100 if they don't find additional problems. They also need about $200 to repair the dash light and an indicator. 

I set the goal at $1600 in the hopes that this will cover everything, including fundraising fees.
