Heart Transplant/ Medical Expenses

Dear Family, Friends, and Colleagues:
I'm writing you on behalf of my mother and your friend, Narcissa Motley. As you are aware, Narcissa has been facing some health challenges for a while now. She has been diagnosed with congestive heart failure and will need a heart transplant as soon as possible. We need your help!
There are many out-of-pocket expenses associated with a heart transplant, such as prescriptions, insurance co-pays, follow-up care, and transportation needs to various weekly appointments. All of which will be an additional financial burden for my mom. A portion of these funds will need to be in place prior to Narcissa being listed for the transplant. It’s vital that we collect as much as possible as soon as possible.
Accordingly, we have established this fundraiser. We need to raise $10,000.00 to assist Narcissa during this extreme time of need. Your help will provide the best support for a successful outcome and better life for her.
