Project: HopeBags

Donation protected

After speaking to some children in foster care, my sister and I, realized the struggles and hardships these children have to go through especially during this time.  Therefore, our next initiative focuses on helping the millions of kids that are put into foster homes. In light of this pandemic, it is important now more than ever that we support these children.

We started by making over 250 cards and filling them with positive messages. These cards were delivered by local Ministers to senior homes.

Therefore, the HopeSisters' Project HopeBags is an initiative to help bring a smile to a child during these difficult times. We strive to produce over 650 HopeBags to donate to foster shelters in the GTA region.

The HopeBags will include the following items and will be placed in drawstring bags:
- Toys
- Blankets and socks
- Essentials (i.e. lip balms and cream)
-  Yummy snacks that some kids may not be fortunate enough to receive

In order for us to achieve our goal of helping every child in foster care. We need YOUR help. So we are asking you to sponsor a bag ($15) to help put a smile on a child's face.
