Fix Nyke's Violin!

    My good friend and super violinist Nyke Van Wyk will not ask for your help.  So I'm going to do it for him:)

    Many of you know Nyke or have heard him performing throughout the Lehigh Valley and across the US (if you haven't, Watch Here!) .  He is truly an amazing violinist who spans all genres as he performs with singer/songwriters, rock bands, R&B groups, DJ's and beyond.  But, more importantly, he is one of the most genuine, caring, humble and thoughtful people I have ever met.    Many of you who have met him can attest to this.

    Recently, at one of Nyke's performances, his violin was severely damaged in an accident where it dropped from several feet.  Multiple cracks occurred and Nyke was beside himself, uncetain if it could be repaired.  He brought it to a renowned violin repair shop in Philadelphia, PA and was told that it could be fixed, but at a steep cost.  Specialty instruments like this require a very skilled hand. The price listed on this page is the exact quote.  Being a musician is a very difficult profession and usually requires a razor thin margin of error when it comes to finances. That is why I'm hoping we can help him out.

   I am reaching out to you to raise money for this repair.  If you have ever been to one of his performances or have simply witnessed first hand what an amazing person he is, I'm asking you to please help us reach the goal of fixing his violin.  This instrument is truly his livelihood and he needs it to bring all of you more amazing performances and joy for years to come.  It would truly mean so much to me to be able to help my good friend, and I know he would be forever grateful for all of your support!  I am trying to raise this money as soon as I possibly can so that he is not without it for long.  I am confident that if we all pull together we can certainly meet this goal.
