Fit for Friends
Hi! I am Callie B. Scott, a Scot finding fitness in America.
I have been on a health journey that I have been documenting on my blog at calliebscott.com. I've been doing okay, but I need some extra motivation. Accountability, if you will. So, I concluded a little external pressure might help me along.
I've decided to challenge myself to achieve fitness goals based on how much I can fundraise:
- $100 - Walk 10 Miles
- $250 - Go on a 25-mile bike ride (my current record stands at 13 miles)
- $500 - Run a 5K (I don't run at all!)
- $750 - 10K Row (I have a sub-par machine)
- $1,000 - Triathlon: 25-mile bike ride, Run a 5K, and a 10K Row
- $2,500 - Run a Half Marathon
- >$5,000 - Run a Marathon (As this is a Herculean Feat for me)
I will document progress here and on my blog.
I plan to donate ALL proceeds (I'll show proof) to animal shelters.
