<div>Mon parcours comme entraîneure a débuté au Nunavik, à Salluit, où après mes longues journées de travail, j’offrais bénévolement des séances d’entraînement et des conseils en santé. Pendant plus de six mois, des femmes se sont rassemblées chaque jour pour bouger, échanger et se soutenir. Les enfants étaient toujours les bienvenus et trouvaient eux aussi leur place. Ces moments m’ont profondément marqué, en me montrant à quel point le sport peut devenir un langage universel, capable de rassembler au-delà des stéréotypes, du statut social ou des barrières de langue.

<div>Aujourd’hui, l’objectif est de poursuivre dans cette voie : amasser des fonds pour offrir aux personnes défavorisées des vêtements de sport et des équipements adaptés, afin qu’elles puissent bouger avec dignité, confiance et liberté. Le mouvement est, à mes yeux, un droit fondamental et un puissant outil d’empowerment qui nourrit la santé, la résilience et le sentiment d’appartenance.
