<div>On November 7th, a first-year engineering student at Queen’s University was struck in a hit-and-run and left in critical condition (<a href="https://www.kingstonpolice.ca/news/posts/kingston-police-searching-for-vehicle-involved-in-hit-and-run/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Police Report here</a>). She is still in the hospital fighting to recover. Her mom (Eun Jung Bu) has traveled to Kingston to support her and has not been able to return home or work during this time. As you can imagine, a situation like this can put a family under not only emotional pressure, but financial pressure.
