 Our first responders see what most of us never will—and carry what many of us cannot imagine.

 This one-of-a-kind event brings them to the catwalk not just as heroes in uniform, but as human beings with stories—stories that deserve to be seen, heard, and supported.
</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
 The realities of crime and the opioid crisis have exposed front-line workers to relentless trauma. Too often, the weight of these experiences becomes unbearable. We are losing brave men and women—not on the front lines, but in silence.
</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
 Picture the paramedic arriving first on scene, fighting to save a colleague. The officer or firefighter doing everything possible to bring a teammate back. The doctors and nurses who carry that fight into the hospital.
</div>
<div>
 And behind them all are the families—the spouses, the children—living with the quiet ripple effects of that trauma every single day.
</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
 And then, it shifts.
</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
 The first responder comes home and does everything they can to protect their family—from the memories, from the images, from the weight they carry. They shield the people they love most, often at the cost of carrying that burden alone.

<div>
 PTSD is real. Its impact is profound. And the need for support, research, and recovery has never been greater.
</div>
<div>
 Together, we can make a difference.
