SEASON 1:

The inaugural season of This Makes It Personal will feature interviews with individuals who have first-hand experience related to the current Israel-Hamas War. The goals of the season will be to: share real testimony of what took place on October 7th and during the ongoing war in Gaza; distinguish between Hamas and the Palestinian people, and between Israelis and the Israeli government; share what life is like for Palestinian Israelis; explore citizen-led Israeli-Palestinian peace efforts prior to Oct 7th, and where they are going now; delve into the ancestral grief and trauma of both Palestinians and Jews, exploring how it is possible to hold that grief while not vilifying the other.

Interviewees May Include:

Palestinian Israelis who share lived experience of their lives inside of Israel

Israeli and Palestinian peace activists who have been working for peace for years, and how they are finding their way since October 7th and throughout the war
