First Full Length Album Release

Welp, it's about that time, aye chaps? Righto. I'm Jackie Kamel, and I'm raising money to finish my first full album. I will be releasing it single by single, and I will be using this content to officially start my career as a pop musician, a songwriter, and producer.

A little about me, I've lived in NYC for 6 years, been writing songs for about 10, entertaining for a lifetime, and teaching myself how to play and produce music for about half of that. This is and always has been my dream, and I've never been humored but consistently told, that this is what I should be doing. 

I worked very hard for a very long time to be able to afford to do this on my own. I haven't had any help from anybody other than the wonderful, generous hard work of really talented people who have leant me their time and talent for less than they deserve. 

I've never crowd sourced before. I've always wanted to be able to do it myself, and I can't anymore.
I wouldn't ask you now if I didn't know exactly where it was going, and if I wasn't assured it would end up successful and professional.

Donations will go towards:
-engineering for mixing and mastering the songs (so you can finally hear them!)
-distributing my music for all to stream, and own physically 
-Monitors for my studio space so I can produce better quality in the future, (and not have to rely so much on funding, so you can get content as it happens)

I am asking for a bare minimum of $15k for this endeavor, but would be ecstatic to obtain more, as additional donations would assist in things to make this process even better for not only myself, but the listeners and believers! Essentials such as:
-album art/photography
-a music video
-hiring a band to take the album on tour
-travel expenses to certain studios for further work.

The sooner I get the funds, the sooner you get to hear the music I've spent all year creating and producing on my own. I've put my heart and soul into this and I know you guys want to hear it. I'm finally ready to admit that unlike my last endeavor, I can't do it on my own.

WHAT TO EXPECT IF YOU DONATE!
(Any donation will be in exchange for its corresponding prize, and will also include all other prizes in lower tiers)

(In cases of multiple donations, I will honor the collective donation in terms of prizes) 

$5- a really good hug if/when I see you next.

$15- A personal shout out/thank you on my social media pages.

$20- a free download of the first song I will be releasing.

$35- a video on your wall of me thanking you/complimenting you (genuinely)/giving you life advice for a solid 2 minutes.

$50- free download of the album/single as it is released 

$75- free signed hard copy of the album before it is released in its entirety. 

$100- Two free tickets to any show of mine in the future, no matter how big or intimate. PLUS I'll put a video dedicating 45 seconds of me playing any song you want OR a song from the album for you acoustically! 

$150- a personalized letter in the mail telling you secrets about the album, who and what each song is about and how I went about making it. If you don't want it that way, I can just tell you about my life, thanking you profusely, confessing things I don't like to confess, and making small talk. If you take advantage of this, btw, we can become penpals. I will also include a page of handwritten lyrics for one song of my choosing that will appear on the album. 

$200- You'll get a copy of all the songs I've never released before. My B-Sides. The last 6 years of writing and recording. Songs that people have heard and loved, and can never hear again because they aren't on the internet. They may be released in the future. They may never be released at all. There are only 2 people on earth who have access to this. 

$250- Handwritten lyrics and tabs/chords for each song on the album sent to you. So you can play them yourself. Or if you're smart, you'll frame them/wait to sell them on ebay. 

$300- You get access to the whole album now. Oh, hell yes it exists. It's already on the internet (in a top secret location). It isn't mixed and mastered, but it's there for you to hear in order, in all its splendor. So you know exactly what's coming before ANYBODY else does.

$500-I will write a song about you/for you. Using any style/sound you want. If you want a song written for your loved one, about your ex, as your wedding song, for your pet or child, a song for a movie you're making, or whatever, its yours. If you want a video of me performing it, that's cool. If you want an mp3 of it sent to you, that's also cool. If you want me to use lyrics you've already written, that's fine. I can also write it from scratch. Whatever you want. 

$750- I will dedicate my album to you. Your name will appear on print of every CD that exists, and any fine print associated with the album. Do you know how important that is? For context, my parents aren't even going on there (unless of course they donate, then that's obviously a moot point). 

$900 Where's your favorite place? Where do you live? Either way, let me know, because I'm going to come play a show at the venue of your choice. If that means your wedding, if that means your birthday, if that means to promote your bar in the middle of nowhere, I will do it. Hands down. Certain songs you want me to play? You got it. It's your night. *must be in the United States

$1500- You can direct, star in, host, premiere, produce (however you want to be involved) a music video! That's right. You can be in one. You can make one. You can have your art BE my music video. I'll wear the clothes you design. Hell, your mother can wear the clothes you design. And you will be promoted/credited fairly. How cool is that? (It's actually super cool)

$3000 or more : Congrats, you're now an executive producer for my album. How good does that feel? When this makes money it'll feel even better than that. Your name is now attached to every song, every facet. You produced a piece of art! That's more than just a casual talking piece. That's contractual obligation right there. It's called power. How's it smell? How's it feel?

$10,000 or more- I'll say you helped me write it. I'll say you helped me produce it. I'll say you and I did this whole thing together. I'll sign whatever you want. I'll tell the world I'm not as creative alone as I am when I'm with you.
