First and last 10k for two charities

I will be running my first 10k at the age of 54 when I take part in the King's Lynn GEAR on May 1. I want to raise money for two deserving charities and this is the easiest way of doing so as most platforms won't allow a double fundraiser.

As a trustee of West Norfolk Deaf Association , I know how much difference the charity makes to the D/deaf community in this area. Along with its brilliant No8 The Old Bookshop in Downham Market, the team works flat out to provide the very best in care and help.

I also support Emunah , which is a charity operating residential children's homes and schools across Israel offering a safe, supportive environment for thousands of young people who need a helping hand. It does great work and we met a wonderful young lady as a result of the charity.

I will be dividing the money 50/50 and hope that all my sweat, pain and training will be worthwhile! I am only doing this once, so won't be asking you for sponsorship again.
