New Mexico or Bust: Art for Repairs

Last year we unexpectedly fell in love with New Mexico. We decided we wanted the rest of our lives to be a grand adventure and decided to move. We intend to downsize and live more in harmony with the land and simplify our existence and material needs.
In preparation for selling our house, we created a budget to do as much as we could afford. After new windows (the old were broken) and insulation (that needed fixing and supplementing) mold was found. That expense was not in the budget and we live very close to the line, working as hard as we are able as self-employed people. We scraped together the money for the mold remediation.
Then the gas burner died. Done. No heat (OK, it's summer) and no hot water (not so good). Aside from the obvious showers and clean dishes, I do my own laundry for my massage business. It's all piling up and we were given a cost of replacement at $7,000.
We can't get a loan as self-employed people in "luxury" businesses. I've tried in the past.
So here we are. This is urgent.
We are willing to give our art for donations. I don’t have the time to catalog, photograph, scan or list all our images. As I said, this needs to be addressed within the next couple of weeks and we are both working. But I will make categories if you would like an original photograph from us for your donation.
I have a number of my old archival fiber prints, we also have simple matted, matted and framed newer digital works and some just plain prints of all types. I will do the best I can to get you the image you want if you are local but I really don’t have time to list and organize.
So Tim and I will benefit from your donation. And so will everyone around us after we shower and have clean clothes. We did play it close to the edge in trying to change our lives. The whole idea is not to be living like this. But as we all know, anything can happen. I realize this is not an urgent medical issue or anything particularly tragic. But it is a problem we can’t solve on our own in any timely fashion. For that reason, we offer you art for your help.
