Conway Firefighters helped Dori, Can you?

Donation protected
Ms. Dori, a beautiful young dilute calico, was heard crying for help from a storm drain on the University of Central Arkansas campus. UCA students realized they would need expert help to rescue her, so they called in the Conway Fire Department.

The wonderful firefighters who arrived to help were only able to rescue her after climbing into the storm drain. They discovered that she had a bad injury to her face and took her to Chestnut Animal Clinic in Conway. At that time CLAWS (Cats' Lives Are Worth Saving) agreed to take responsibility for her care. No one knows what kind of traumatic event happened to this sweet little kitten (we can only imagine!), but her bottom lip had been torn from her jaw.  She will require an overnight stay at the clinic after her surgery to repair the damage to her mouth.  Please donate or share! Little Ms. Dori thanks you!

We are a 501C3 and can provide receipts if needed.

**Actual photos of her injury posted below.  As it can be unsettling to some viewers**
