Firefighter's family needs help
Donation protected
Micheal Riley is my friend. He was an Orlando Firefighter for over 20 years and became a St Augustine Firefighter where he worked for 8 years.
His career was ended at the age of 55 because of encephalopathy (swelling of the brain) and Alzheimers disease. His doctor's report states that the sudden onset and Michael's rapid decline suggests an outside, and as yet, unidentified, cause. Because of this, there is no Worker's Comp to help the family out, and because Michael needs around the clock care, his wife Lani cannot work and she and their two sons are struggling mightily to meet their most basic needs.
So, to all my Brother and Sister Firefighters and to everyone else, please share this campaign often and if you can, please send a donation to help this good man who worked a long career to help so many others, and the family that loves him.
No amount is too small and will be greatly appreciated.
