Fire Recovery for Lijing

Lijing Jiang, a historian of biology in Philadelphia for the year on a postdoctoral fellowship, has been displaced from her apartment (not pictured above!) by the devastating fire in Old City on Feburary 18, 2018.
On Tuesday, during the 10 minutes she was given to access her apartment, Lijing learned that she was one of the lucky ones. Her apartment was damaged, but not destroyed. Still, at the very least, everything will have to be cleaned, and some items will doubtlessly have to be replaced.
Lijing has been told that she will be able to return to her apartment in 1-2 weeks. This campaign is to raise funds to cover costs associated with displacement, cleaning, and toward replacing damaged items.
Lijing will share any remaining funds with other neighbors who also suffered losses in the fire. Please consider donating if you can. Thank you!
