Fire Destroyed LOVE will Rebuild

At 11:21 PM on Tuesday night, November 28th, I was suddenly awoken from sleep by the sound of my phone ringing. I immediately knew something was wrong and as I answered the phone, I heard my sister in hysterics saying, “my entire house is on fire! Everything is destroyed!” My heart sunk as I listened to my sister share of a parent’s worst nightmare in describing the horrific details of the last hour. Her oldest son, screaming “FIRE!” Her daughter, running past huge flames to rescue her other 4 year old son. “Everything is gone!!!”
She stood in disbelief as she watched her entire life’s possessions going up in smoke, all of their favorite items disappearing, and her children sobbing as everything they have ever known was being obliterated.
My sister and her family’s world has been completely turned upside down as she deals with the aftermath of her home being destroyed by this massive fire, including her beloved parrot Theo.
There are 6 family members displaced from this unfortunate fire along with their two family dogs (one of whom is still missing as of this post).
If you could please join us in praying for Christina Karns and her family as they walk this scary road and begin to rebuild their lives after fire. And if you are able, we would greatly appreciate if you could reach into your pockets and help them out financially, as they have lost everything. Let’s join together, hand-in-hand in LOVE and help them rebuild and ease their stress during this Christmas season.
