Finding Parker

My 15 year old nephew, Parker Eastman Halutpzok, went missing from the Detroit Lakes, MN area on 8/21/17. Parker is a smart, compassionate, kind, fun-loving, handsome young man. Parker has always been such a caring older brother, and his three younger brothers (especially the baby) are devastated to be without him.
Although there are suspicions about who may have Parker, we have received no word from him and have no way of knowing whether he is safe. He disappeared in the middle of the night without his phone, with no money, no ID, and no personal belongings whatsoever. It has been a very difficult month for the family, we are so very worried about him.
We have been in contact with the Detroit Lakes Police Department, the Sartell Police Department, and the St. Cloud Police Department. We have had posters printed by the Jacob Wettering Foundation and CFSI. With help, we have distributed Parker's flyers across most of the state. We have plastered Parker's story all over social media. All to no avail.
Although the police have been searching, they are not able to devote the same time and resources to finding him that a private investigator would be able to. I have consulted with several private investigators this week and have found one that is willing to take our case for a greatly reduced rate. He has informed me that all of the missing children he has searched for have been found. However, he still needs a retainer before he can begin. He recommended we ask for $5000 to cover the hourly rate and any expenses he might incur. Any funds not used to find Parker will be donated to organizations like the Jacob Wetterling Foundation and CFSI that are devoted to finding missing children.
