Hi, my name is Ellis and I've always been fascinated by The Loch Ness Monster.

One of the few cryptids that The United Kingdom has, it's reality is very murky. You get blurry photos and reported sightings but nothing concrete. Now do I think Nessie is real. No. But I'm none the less interested in it's existence.

If Nessie is real I want to prove it and if not, I want to understand why people believe, what Nessie means to the people who live near Loch Ness and how belief in a fantasy can build community.

I plan to make a documentary on all of this, interviewing those who have captured Nessie on camera and those who live near the area. So that I can answer the question of whether the monster is real and whether that question even matters.
