Finding Missing Child Elijah Barkley

My son was kidnapped September 30, 2020 in Bleckley county Ga visiting his Grandfather I have received no word or information from the Bleckley County Sheriffs office other than threats of violence if I seek out ,or inquire more information  on the Case. They would not allow me to file a missing persons report . If he was parentally kidnapped by his grandmother or other family I have no idea I called local children and youth organization and the said they have no knowledge. My son is mixed child and was Abandoned by the mother at age 3 he is currently 6, I am not sure if this is a racial situation  I have current and old custody orders and because they are a small town he was visiting they refuse to enforce my court orders or the State and Federal Parental kidnapping Law.
