'Finding the Light' is a short film about our friend and artist, Laura Vecmane.
Originally from Latvia, Laura now lives in the picturesque sunshine coast Hinterland, with her Australian husband and two children.
Although an award winning artist, like all of us, Laura often finds herself battling with her own personal and creative demons, asking the question "am I good good enough?"
"Finding The Light" is a human story of identity, self discovery and finding sanctuary in both art and nature.
Why Back Us?
Although our crew are graciously donating most of their time, we still need to put together a small budget to cover the cost of equipment rental, accomodation and food.
We're asking you, our future audience for a small contribution to help make this film a reality.
