<div>In July 2024, my twin sister, Emma, was diagnosed with an ultra rare form of cancer called Epithelioid Haemangioendothelioma (EHE). EHE is a vascular sarcoma cancer that affects women more than men, and is particularly aggressive in young adults and children. There is currently no known cure for EHE.

<div>Over the last 6 months Emma has shown more strength and resilience than I have ever seen in a person. She’s fighting (hard) against this disease everyday whilst remaining the world’s best Mummy to her two boys and partner to Jake.

<div>On a personal level, it’s been so hard for me not being able to control this situation and make Emma better as she is literally my other half. It has broken our hearts as a family to watch her go through this.
</div>

<div>I have taken control in the only way possible which is to learn about this disease and to raise money for critical research to take place in the hope of finding a cure for EHE.
</div>

<div>I will be running the Half Marathon Lancashire Loop Trail Run on Sunday 24th November. Any donation would be so gratefully accepted! Every donation will help.
