<div>Vanuit OJC De Roos hebben we de financiële ondersteuning nodig om onze huur achterstand met de gemeente in te halen. Wij willen samen met ons netwerk( de mensen van het tejo-huis, keertwending, LEV groep, onze vrijwilligers en onze vaste gasten) graag door om OJC De Roos een nog betere plek te maken in de toekomst, voor alle jongeren die een plekje nodig hebben om zichzelf te zijn.

<div>Zoals veel van jullie al gezien en gehoord hebben gaat het de laatste tijd niet altijd even goed met OJC De Roos. Er is een flinke huur schuld waardoor we redelijk tegen de muur aan lopen.

<div>Corona slokte al onze reserves op, OJC De Roos was gesloten maar de huur en vaste lasten liepen gewoon door. Daarnaast raakten we in conflict met onze overbuurman, het niet naleven van onze voorwaarden zorgde voor een onveilige situatie. Ontruimen van het terrein en schoonmaken wordt tot nu toe geweigerd, en rest ons niets meer dan juridische stappen te gaan zetten. Wij willen doorgaan op deze plek! <div>De huur van 2023 is nog 7500 euro, en de huur van 2024 is nog 8000 euro, in totaal is dit dus 15,500 euro.

<div>Ons doel is om de betaling van 2023 te kunnen voltooien en dan verder te kunnen met de toekomst plannen die we nu al hebben, Hier in willen we werken aan onze samenwerking met meerderen zorg organisaties in Deurne om deze kwetsbaren jongeren ook een plekje in de roos te geven.

<div>Daarnaast willen we ook meer gaan focussen op het verschillende aanbod in activiteiten dat we al bieden en hoe we dit kunnen uitbreiden( dingen zoals band avonden, spelletjes avonden, karaoke, jeugd soos, jongeren café en nog veel meer)
