Financial Help - Surgery Recovery

Hey y'all, so as you know by now, I've got a bilateral hernia that I'm getting surgery on come Monday. I'll be out of work and have no savings, and so I'm just trying to pay rent and get some food while I recover. Recovery time should be about six weeks total, I've based the amount assuming I'll miss about three weeks of work.

Anyone who knows me knows that even asking for help in this capacity is extremely difficult, but I have no other options. Rent is due and Workman's Comp will take too long to process. Anyone who helps me out absolutely gets free PC/phone repair and free writing services for life, whatever I can provide in thanks, I will.
