We are a "simple life" loving family. I Recently heard the news that no wife wants to here... Your husband has cancer... therefore
I am reaching out to everyone on behalf of my husband TOMMY FREEMAN JR. He has always been a full steam ahead hard working man and an extremely loving, caring & active father. He's the type that prides himself on family value and being there for our kids. I remember him driving in from Florida,Georgia & Alabama after working all day or night just to watch his son play baseball and then drive right back. It was his mission to be there with our first 1st & 2nd born... now 20 years later he needs your help to be there for our 3rd born...
Over the past 6 years we have experienced some medical issues that have been slowly turning our life upside down...with the most recent one completely derailing us. In jan. 2012 Tommy was diagnosed with some heart problems that require physical restrictions & medication from now on. In June 2012 he suffered a serious injury to his left leg. After major surgery & months of physical therapy he was back on his feet at work. Once again in August 2013 misfortune strikes leaving him with multiple back & neck injuries after being struck by another vehicle((confirmed speed was 60mph)) as he waited in traffic. Still paying on prior medical bills now we were facing even more along with time away from work and imediate & long term hardships. Well we hit it head on.
Time passed with no incidents and we begin to think our dark days were over until about a year ago when a large painful knot appeared on his right cheek. After a seeing several Drs.during the last year we just recently found out he has cancer along with several different infections. One is so rare that the last case we have found was in 1982. The only treatment option will require a major surgery removing about 40% of his facial tissue and right jawbone. Some Reconstruction will be possible, regardless he will be completely paralyzed on the right side of his face. After surgery he will be on numerous medications for about a year to combat the bacteria and have to take radiation treatments for the cancer. We have a long hard road ahead with endless expense and need all the help and support we can get. Along with normal expenses,medical expense We also have to travel over 200miles round trip too the Dr and hospital at least twice a week. Your generosity is desperately needed and greatly appreciated...
