Financial assistance, through tough times

Hi, my name is Chris. I am a 37-year-old man and have three children. Two are in 3rd grade, and one is three years old and goes to kindergarten.

I have been ill for a long time, but I am working on getting better. I have PTSD and am waiting for help to deal with it. It comes from my childhood and the things I experienced then. I have been through many stages in my life, and one of the things I have struggled with in the past is gambling addiction. I have been in treatment for two years and am now gambling-free.

Through all these processes, there is no doubt that all my bad choices have affected my family and children. This hangs over me every day like a heavy burden to bear. The fear that I am not the best father for my children is also heavy to carry. Many days are dark and rich, while others are better.
