Financial Assistance for Makenzie Hopper

On the evening of Thanksgiving, Makenzie (25yo) was returning home from her uncle's in the country (Southern Illinois) and missed a sharp turn, sending her car into the ditch. She was airlifted to St. Louis University Hospital, and has undergone emergency surgeries for a broken femur, wrist, and ankle.

Makenzie lives independently and is a full-time driver for Door Dash, living paycheck-to-paycheck. We've all been there at some point, right?? She will obviously be unable to work for the foreseeable future to earn a living. Without the help of her community she will not be able to pay for rent, monthly bills, and food, not to mention the tremendous hospital bills.  

Makenzie is a talented musician and constantly brings laughter to anyone who surrounds her with her sense of humor. She is the type of person who would do anything, for anyone.
