Andrew’s Stroke Recovery & Trip To Mayo Clinic

Andrew Day came into my life nine years ago and had forever changed it for the better. He is one of the most caring and sincere individuals I have ever met. Always selflessly thinking about what is best for others, he has sacrificed an immeasurable amount of time, resources, energy, and emotion in pursuit of the betterment of everyone around him. I know without a doubt he would do anything possible for his family, friends, and most especially his wife. Andrew is strong, both in stature and temperament, and he has loved having the ability to be a provider. Until recently, that is, when Andrew suffered a embolic stroke at the shockingly young age of 29. This stroke, along with a previous diagnosis of Klinefelters Syndrome, has left him in long-term recovery.

Though he is making progress, the effects of the stroke have left him unable to do what he truly loves - working in construction management and being responsible for maintaining a steady income. Andrew deserves all the very best this world has to offer, and genuinely wants nothing more than to be of service to others. If there is any way you could assist him in feeling he is providing for his loved ones in this time of need, he (and all of us) would be eternally grateful.

Andrew was referred to the Mayo Clinic by the hospital to help get some answers about his diagnosis of Klinefelters Syndrome. He is hoping to be there in February, after completing most of his physical therapy.  He will be working with a genetics and chromosomal medical team.
