Finances being off work for surgery

Hello, my name is Alisia Givens. After 2 and a half weeks fighting for answers from doctors, I finally have an answer. I have to have my gallbladder removed. Pre op appointment is for Tuesday October 3rd. They told me it could be up to 2 weeks before I could have surgery. I am unable to work in my condition. I tried a couple of times and almost passed out at work both times. I am a CNA and my job requires a lot of heavy lifting. Which I’m unable to do without experiencing pain. I’m asking for help so that I can take a family medical leave of absence. I just need enough to be able to pay for my phone bill, electric bill, and gas. Anything will help.
