Final Wish Trip to Disney

My girlfriend has been diagnosed with Stage IV Pancreatic Cancer, when her first grandson was born she always said" when our youngest grandbaby is 5 we would take them to Disney".  Due to circumstances out of her control waiting 3 more years is not an option. I am asking friends,  family and Loved ones to please help make this dream come true for Rita Ann.  Any donation that you can make to help this wish come true before time runs out will be greatly appreciated.
